Mr. Levine focuses his practice in the areas of Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice. During the course of a 25 year career, Mr. Levine has tried in excess of 75 cases at the State and Federal levels. He has effectuated recoveries for his clients totaling many millions of dollars. Mr. Levine specializes in cases involving obstetrical care, misdiagnosis of disease and surgical complications. He is a member of the American Bar Association's Birth Litigation Trauma Group and the Erb's Palsy Foundation.

Prior to joining Shulman, Rogers in 1987, Mr. Levine served with the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. and with Donahue, Ehrmantraut and Montedonico in it's Rockville, Maryland and District of Columbia offices defending physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice claims. He has been a certified Mediator and Arbitrator for the Superior Court of the District of Columbia Court system since 1988. He chairs the Firm's Contingent Litigation Department.
