Profile:

Mr. Levine focuses his practice in the areas of Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice. During the course of a 23 year career, Mr. Levine has tried in excess of 75 cases at the State and Federal levels. He has effectuated recoveries for his clients totaling many millions of dollars. He is a member of the American Bar Association's Birth Litigation Trauma Group and the Erb's Palsy Foundation.

Prior to joining Shulman Rogers in 1987, Mr. Levine served with the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. and as defense attorney representing doctors and hospitals prior to establishing his plaintiffs practice.  He has been a certified Mediator and Arbitrator for the Superior Court for the District of Columbia Court system since 1988.  He has chaired the Firm's litigation and injury litigation groups.
